Roasted in Western Australia Rubra trades with high quality product. Rubra has won 13 medals in total at the prestigious Sydney Royal Easter show, a reflection of Rubra's pursuit for quality. Auresso understands the importance of freshness and hence ships the beans to Malaysia on the day its roasted. Experience the selection of Fine Teas by Allan McMurray of Rubra. Each blend has been meticulously put together to bring out the individual nuances of the ingredients. Punjabi Chai for instance incorporates black tea, citrus peel, rose petals, almonds, cloves, cardamom and vanilla comes together beautifully brewed for 4 mins in 95 degrees combined with milk.

 

This African Red cocoa is processed in France, and then blended with pure Australian cane sugar. This quality is confirmed with it's complex and rich, true chocolate taste. Rubra Kokolicious drinking chocolate contains all natural ingredients. It has no added filters, starch, artificial flavours, colours or preservatives. Pure, simple and delicious- nothing is needed to hide or enhance the flavour of this premium hot chocolate.
